Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached.

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may also cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping in that case is for your account.

If a piece arrives faulty we cover the return and either replace it or refund you in full. The Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery on defects.
